Asem-asem Dendeng


     Beef, 250 grams, ready to use, cut into pieces
     Broth, 500 ml
     Carambola vegetables, 50 grams, cut into pieces
     Tomatoes, 1 fruit, cut into pieces
     Cooking oil, to taste

Asem-tamarind Jerky Seasoning:

     Onion, 5 grains, cut into thin
     Garlic, 2 cloves, cut into thin
     Ginger, 1/2 vertebra, crushed
     Sugar, 1/2 teaspoon

How to cook Asem-tamarind Jerky:

     Fry in hot oil were jerky until cooked, remove and drain.
     Boil the broth with all the spices, add star fruit vegetables, cook until boiling.
     ADD tomatoes and fried beef jerky, and cook briefly until the flavors mingle, lift.
